We have quite a lot of memorial videos to prepare for our users, so it usually takes up to 4 weeks to create one. Please be patient. admin |

You will be notified about your memorial video in the same way as you have been notified about your memorial book. We don't like automated email responses so that's why you have not received any email. Admin |
