I went to see my Michael and Scott today and I wanted to share this picture after I decorated for Christmas.I also wanted to share a picture of my Scott at 18 mos.

Oh Barbara, that's what we did today also. We took out a small live potted tree and a wreath and a balloon. I've ordered a statue to put inside the grave area but I have to ask permission to have to put it there. I agree with Cindy, your Scott does look like Michael. It was sunny today so I was able to face going to the grave. Normally I'm almost hysterical when we go there..........today I was simply sobbing. If I could, I'd let the decorations we bought today be our Christmas. I've having so much trouble manufacturing any Christmas spirit at all. It's just too painful for me this year. Last year I was still taking so many meds I hardly remember it. Scott's 14 year old son Kevin is here with us this weekend........he looks so much like his dad.......... Do you ever feel like screaming and screaming and screaming until you drop dead? That's how I've been feeling, but instead I sit quietly sobbing.........so no-one else has to deal with my pain. |

Lynda,Cindy and Jane, Thank you all and yes Scott does look like Michael a lot!!I often wonder what he would have looked like today.He would 24 now. Yes Jane I do feel like screaming at the top of my lungs all the time ttil I fall over.Its so hard this time of year.I wish it didn't have to be this way for any of us. love and hugs, Barbara |
