Hello all I want to say first how sorry that we all have to be here but under the conditions I'm glad that we all can find comfort and we all have each other to help heal.... My husband and I lost our perfect daughter on November 22, 2007... It was a day after my birthday, she was born on October 24, 2007 at 9:35 pm.... She was perfect we waited for her for five years only to have her ripped away after only being here for a short while...I love her so much and always will.... I never thought I was ever going to lose my baby like this or ever... Now the state that I live in is charging me with neglect.... The reason they say is because she died while sleeping in bed with me.... Nobody knows for sure how she died... The reports are not even in yet... The DSS office that is closing my case because my case is being closed still feeling that I neglected my baby and thats why she died... Now The superviors and the social worker that came to my house totally agree that their was " NO PROOF OF NEGELCT" . and now thier jobs are being threathen because they refuse to over turn thier decision... SO I am now have been told to call the media and fight there ruling which I plan too do... I have been making a lot of calls and I have been told by the superviors and social worker which are not even surrpost to be talking to me that they talked to the police and the police found no proof of neglect they talked to the M.E. office they found no proof they talk to Brianna's doctor yet again no proof.... they are waiting on some more test to come in until I get the autophsy repot in.... But I have read the State OF Massachusetts (which is where I'm from) laws and regulation showing signs and proof of neglect.... WHich states not having enough food, clothing, shelter, medical care, emotional growth and regual growth, superviosn which My child had all of it.... So by me be in bed with my child and she died is no excuse and/or have proof that I neglected my bed.... Its not against the law to sleep with my baby their are doctors that suggest you do this because it helps with the bonding process.... SO I don't understand why they are saying this???? If any one can help me with this and what I need to do I will be ever so thankfull....Thanks for listening to me and may will all be here for each other and my our friendship grows as we all heal and helping each other through very diffcult times....
