Hello to all, My name is Janice. I'd like to introduce myself. I just set up my daughters website or should I say I'm in the process of setting it up. A work in progress. My daughter Jennifer Pokerwinski passed away at the age of 20 years old on August 7, 2004. It was unexpected and shocked us all. However its been almost 3 1/2 years since her passing and I have been through alot of the different stages of grief. What a rollercoaster ride it has been too. Today I feel good and strong. Maybe because I working on this site and its bringing back some great memories and I see alot of her pictures. I almost feel shes with me. I do have bad days too. Thanksgiving was tough, had a meltdown, but I feel better. Anyhow, alittle more about Jennifer, when she passed she left behind two beautiful daughters. Jasmine (who thinks shes going to marry Aladdin when she grows up), whos 5. Angela (also known as Baby Boo) is 3. They live with their father and new stepmom. I see them quite frequently, thank god. They are a blessing. But sometimes they remind me of their mother, and it can make me sad. Anyhow just alittle bit about me and Jennifer. I would like to ask if anyone knows about the music on the websites. I know you can have it on them but I am having trouble getting it to play. Janice, Hi!!! Glad you found us. You daughter's site is going to be awesome. I can't help you get the music on your site, but I know my DIL Drea can. She is the one who did Laura's site. She is coming over for dinner later. If you send me a PM with your phone number she can call and talk you though it. Welcome to our forum. You will meet some awesome ladies here. God bless. |

Welcome Janice, I'm so very sorry for the loss of your daughter, but I'm glad you're here. We all need and give all the love and support we can muster together.
