We have had some internet issues with the new place. Cable man has been out twice and it seems to be working okay now. I should be back for good. As Mama Lucy posted, today is Laura's 6 month mark. I read her autopsy again this morning and it makes it real all over again. I feel so sad my heart feels like it could stop beating. Grandma Ruby is doing a little better everyday it seems. We stop by and visit her everyday after work. I just want to see she's okay. We missed a few days this week because of work and we feel awful about it. My husband's supervisor was demoted and therefore asked to step-up to replace him temporarily. Yesterday the man was fired and my Andy is running the lab full time now. He doesn't have the position permanently, but he is interviewing for it so we will see. My office-mate was gone two days so I've been catching up on both of our work. It's been a very very stressful week at work. I've been to the doctor twice this week to see a specialist. I was supposed to have lab results back on Thursday but they said they needed more time. I'm hoping to get a call on Monday. More stress. I wish life could slow down for just one day. We haven't been home at all. If we aren't visiting Ruby in the hospital we're at work. Or taking care of errands, or at the doctor. We don't even have our garbage setup on route yet and we've lived here over a month! lol. I've been thinking about you all and I've missed you. Thanks for listening. |
