I found this poem in Melody's Memorial Book from the funeral home and wanted to share it with you all. Certainly just one friend like this, someone willing to be this type of friend, would make up for some of the horrible things people say and do when they don't have their thinking caps on! And I would like for you all to know that I am willing to be this type of friend, as I do know the sorrow of losing a child. *hugs* and much love to you all! To One In Sorrow Let me come in where you are weeping, friend, And let me take your hand. I, who have known a sorrow such as yours, Can understand. Let me come in--I would be very still Beside you in your grief; I would not bid you cease your weeping, friend, Tears bring relief.
