If anyone decides to use this chat room, please type in your Name and at least your last initial/friend. The other night I was on with My D-I-L, Andrea and someone named Heather came on. Said she was Zach's mom. We were confused at first because I have a daughter named Heather and One of Laura's son's is named Zach. She was welcome to come and chat with us, but with common names it's best to clarify like typing in Heather G/friend in the box. or something. Hope to see you there. I'm on alot after midnight. Dear Lucy, Thank you for clarifying this for us. I would have done the same thing as Heather and really confused you all, lol. By the way, Heather (Zack's Mom) is a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful friend and mom. I hope you had the chance to talk with her and get to know her better. Hopefully we will see her in here sometime soon! Did anyone else get an email about Last-memories adding a live chat to their memorial site? Hello Lynda. On your website you can activate the chat forum. Every website has own chat forum for visitors. Here are the steps for enabling chat forum: 1. Login to your website and click on Settings Tab 
2. Go to section Chat on website and choose YES 
3. On the right side you can find your chat forum 
All other info you can find on INFO icon
