you will always feel that unbearable pain and the grief and the breaking in your heart, however after a while you will find yourself smiling more and doing more things to make yourself feel at ease...I started to feel better when i went to support groups and memorials for my son David. After he left me I have never been the same, but I have to accept that this may just be my new normal and i guess ill have to live with that. and grief does not go by time, it will just ease when the grief wants to ease. I feel for you and I'm so very sorry about your loss. I hope you found some insight with my response. God Bless

I lost my daughter, Sheena at age 24. 2years has passed and i feel worse i am beyond depressed i am just exsisting. this is like a rollor coaster that will never stop. I am so sick of people telling me , Oh, I know how you feel I lost my Aunt or you should be over this by now. I just want to quit hurting so much and I am obsessed with thinking of her constantly. Any suggestions??
