I have a couple big t-shirts that Scott always wore. It has a US flag on it and it says "God Bless America". He has a couple of those and he wore them a lot around here when he didn't have to dress up.........so I now sleep in them. It makes me feel close to him. I've kept everything. Anything he touched, I've hung onto. I can't bear to part with his things. Love, hugs, prayers, jane |

Dear Carla, Garion's jersey shirts and cub scout shirt come to mind. His treasure chest (it is where he kept his secret stuff, almost like a diary). The clothes he was last wearing are sacred and unwashed. His hats! Also his trophies mean a lot to me because he was so darn proud of each of them. In the 10 short years he was here he has 11 trophies...he kept us SO BUSY! They each symbolize something he worked hard at and so many memories behind each one, so they sit proudly in my cabinet. It is so hard to narrow it down for me. Hugs, Lynda |

Carla, if I had to choose only two things it would be #1 B.J.'s Bible, I've read it all the way through since he died and felt so close to him since I got to see all the things he marked that meant something to him. #2 His my Buddy doll from when he was a little boy. He called him his son. He is a little black boy name Brother Jimmy. Sometimes I hold that little boy and feel B.J.'s love that was poured into him when he was little. I can't help it I've just got to share a picture of Brother Jimmy. Love, Cindy ![]() B.J.'s little brother Johnathan takes care of him now. Before B.J. died Johnathan got a little doll that looked like Brother Jimmy and named him JJ for Jimmy Jr. Brother Jimmy is wearing the shirt B.J. wore home from the hospital when he was born. B.J. put it on him years ago... |

Carla, I hope you can get the picture scanned. I'd love to see it. I think it's neat that both of our boys had one. Very few times did I ever see B.J. mad but one time when he was little his Dad pitched his brother Jimmy off of his bed and B.J. came unglued on him. He said that's my son and don't you ever throw him off the bed again! He wasn't joking either. It took his Dad so by surprise that he couldn't say anything but I'm sorry. He didn't even get in trouble for yelling at his Dad. ![]() Love, Cindy |

Dear Carla, everyone; I would say the quilt Pieta was wrapped in the time we spent together in the hospital and her hospital band mean the most as they were the only things apart from her gown that were touching her. I had a replica made of her gown but its just not the same. Love and blessings, Maria. xxxxxxxx |

. AWell I have almost everything of Kalel's his room is set up just like it was. He had a favorite type of pacifier, a very specific pacifier he HAD to use lol. They were $6 a piece. So when he was buried we put one in with him, I kept one and my sister in law kept one, she has it hanging from her rear view mirror. All his little blankets are hanging on the quilt rack in his room, all his clothes are in his drawers[/color[color=red]].And his Christmas presents he never got to open are in his crib or in his toy basket. I have one of his blankets he used the night he died and it's in a ziploc bag, also a little shirt he wore that still smelled like him is in a ziploc as well, They are in a chest of things of his, like his death certificate, extra pictures, stuff from the funeral etc. |

I have everything of Bubba's down to what was in his garbage can. It is all in his room. The cloths are in boxes in his closet. I can not yet bear to see them. I have alot of his things like his CD's, odds and ends here in the Angel Room under his table, things I can get to fast in case we would have a hurricane or fire,(I burn candles 24/7 for all our Angels). I did have to change his room around and put new bed clothes on his bed cause he had die there and every time I walked pass the room it brought me to my knees.I dare not go in his closet. I just can't believe he is not coming home |
