I'm posting the lasted update on Sinjin. Please keep lifting him in prayer. Love, Cindy MONDAY, NOVEMBER 05, 2007 08:57 AM Sinjin is finally sleeping... it was a very rough and frightening weekend. I am here at the hospital today I do not feel comfortable leaving him. They are afraid now he may have the flu which is the last thing he needs at this point and time. I was ready for at least a little bit of good news and they did me that right along with the flu news. Good news the methotrexate level is now down to 13 and his wbc is at 200. |

Tammy, on Monday Lorna had added to his post and I didn't know so I'm putting it here now. I had just got the new update a few minutes ago so here it is. They still consider him as Neutropenic because of his condition and his low wbc. He has mouth and throat sores and they are in his gut also. He has had by mouth only 8oz of liquid that I forced him to drink because I mixed it with Glutamine. Jacks mom had signed Sinjin's guestbook and told me about Glutamine and how if taken it would help mouth sores before they started. More a little later. WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 07, 2007 01:36 AM While here in the hospital I seem to loose track of days. Not much has changed since yesterday. Sinjin is now having headaches again and last night they had to give him morphine so he could sleep.He still can't eat and had only about 3ozs of water to drink today. His fever is back and he is moaning in his sleep and I am concerned. I must go |

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 07, 2007 07:01 PM Sinjin has developed a hacking type cough and is throwing up blood. He drank appox 1 oz of water today and threw it right back up. He is in alot of pain his head hurts severe pain in his stomach and the mouth, throat and gut sores. He still has not eaten and to even swallow his own spit hurts him so bad that he cries. It is driving me crazy that there is nothing I can do to help him. To watch him and what he is going through is horrible and it hurts my heart so very much to see him this way but he knows I am here and he is not alone. I have said it before a mommy is supposed to be able to just kiss away all the pain and make it better and when we can't that is probably the hardest thing. All I can do is be here for him, hold his hand and try to reasure him that he will get better and everything is going to be okay. I am helpess here, and I feel so lost.
