I decided it was To share my Michael with everyone.
Michael was born 3 months early and had to be in NICU for 3 weeks only!! He weighed 2 lbs 14 oz when he was born.He came home hooked up to a apnea monitor and had to remain on that for 6 weeks.Remarkably Michael never had any major health problems.He did have to have speech therapy and did have allergies but other than that he was perfect.After I lost Scott to a drowning I thought my world was over,then I had Kristen but I felt something was still missing.3 yrs later I found out I was pregnant with Michael and when I was told I was having a boy I was the happiest Mom in the world!!!
I always felt like I had to protect Michael from everybody and everything,its hard to explain.But he was just always special.Michael and I were really close and there was no mistake he was A MOMMAS BOY!!!!!
He was an A and B student ,very involved in sports mainly Baseball,but he played basketball too.He had more friends then you could ever imagine.He never met anyone He didn't like or who didn't love him.
If you needed help day or night he was there.All the girls called him thier big brother because he was always there to protect them.He did not like anyone who was mean to women.
A week before his accident Michael had to taken to The ER,He was in town and he was going to eat at Taco Bell and he seen the three guys and a girl in the parking lot,well one of the guys was hitting on the girl,Michael had no clue who they were but he pulled over jumped out of his truck and ran over and let them know they weren't going to keep hitting her as long as he was there.But all three guys jumped him.Of course they all just left him there including the girl he was defending.He had three fractured ribs and a black eye.But he said he would do it again even though we told next time call 911.
A week later Michael was on his way home from school he took the exit ramp going to the dam road like he always did and lost contorl of his pickup,went air born over the guard rail and rolled twice.He was ejected from the truck 6 feet.He was pronounced at the scene.Cause of death was Blunt Force Trauma to the Abdomon.
That morning was the last time I seen My Angel alive and there are still a lot of unanswered questions.I all I have left now is memories and no one can take them away!!!!!!!
