Last year, in my Language Arts class, I had to write an essay for my final exam and it is about my older brothers B.J., Wayne, and Buck. I thought yall would like it.......... Best Day "Wow!" I thought. I tried to speak, but when I opened my mouth to say something, all was hot air. For 30 minutes, everything was in complete silence. The best day of my life was when I entered Heaven's Pearly Gate's. I penetrated into the Kingdom of God, like an arrow, slicing through the wind. Joyful songs filled the air, angel's voice's sweet as honey, soft as butterfly wings. I never realized who was tapping on my shoulder, because of the overwhelming happiness I felt. "B.J.," the name went through my mind as I turned my new and profected head toward the previous tapping person. Coincidentaly, it wasn't B.J., or anyone else for that matter. I weaved in and out through all the other perfected Christians and finally, I found the tapper. It was Christ. He tapped me with His love, not His finger. His love and grace wrapped around me lika a warm blanket on a cold winter night. Still standing in Jesus' awesome presence, I saw them. Sitting next to the Lord was B.J., Wayne, and Buck, serving Him and doing great things. In that one moment of expressing great love and gratitude for my Savior, I went and took my place beside my brothers and at the right hand of God. In Heaven, there is no darkness and the days are one. Now, as I sit on the gleaming streets of gold, and look out to the crystal clear ocean, my three brothers and I try to tell you of my Best Day Ever. I still sit here in His Kingdom of Heaven. Hope yall liked it! When I got my grade back, I got a 99. The only thing I did that I shouldn't have done was spell a word wrong! lol. But other then that, I did good. Well, I think. |

What a beautiful image this evokes in my mind. I went further and saw my Laura sitting with her dad, grandma and grandpas, great grandparents, and cousins. Their faces were joyful and there bodies perfect. Thank you. |
