| Post subject: | I got my cast off today!!! |
I went to the Ortho Dr today and they took my cast off. Then they took a x-ray. Everything is in place and healing. I am back in a straight leg brace, but I can take it off to wash and shave my leg (yippee). I have to do leg exercises 6 times a day. I have go back in 2 weeks for more x-rays. Then I will be taking physical therapy. What a long grueling ordeal this has been. But I feel hopeful since progress is being made. Love you all. Thank you for all the prayers. |

Hey, I'm glad we got rid of the cast. Yes!!! Now you do what the doc. says so it will continue to heal the way it needs to. Love ya, Cindy |

Cece, I'm so very glad to hear your cast is off. You've had such a long trip back to physical health, not to mention the sorrow you live with daily. I know having to sit for so long has given you time to relive every memory over and over........ the sweet ones are kind to the heart..........but those other memories............ those take chunks out of us. God Bless you Lucy and finally.........put you on the road to recovery. After the holidays are over.........do you think you and your husband might meet up with Frank & me in Lincoln City for dinner? I think meeting for dinner is a great idea!!!! Something to look foreword to instead of dreading the holidays. |
