MY MOM DIES FROM PANCREAS CANCER ON MAY 27.1999 ,SHE FOUND OUT SHE HAD IT ON APRIL 1ST AND DIED LATE MAY,IT WAS VERY PAIN FUL FOR HER AND FOR US TO WATCH AS MY SISTER AND I LOVINGLY TOOK CARE OF HER,I WAS WATCHING OPRAH TODAY AND IT WAS ABOUT A MAN WHO HAD IT,HE WAS DIEING FROM IT.HE SAID IT DINT HURT.IT MADE ME UPSET BECAUSE I SEEN MY MOM DIE SO FAST FROM IT.I MISS HER.BUT KNOW CHRIS IS WITH HER NOW |

Carla, Hello! I completely understand. I almost watched Oprah's show that day, but decided not to because I couldn't go there. It comforts me to think of my dad taking Laura's hand and welcoming her to heaven. She also has her other grandparents and her own dad there. Not to mention all the aunts, uncles and cousins. Between all of them and her new angel friends, she is probably as busy as a bee. |

Thank you. After 18 1/2 years the awful pain of the loss has passed and I have 40 plus years of sweet memories of him. I can only hope that the same will happen with Laura. But, I do not think that it will. I don't think you can get over the upside down aspect of outliving your child. |

I m so sorry for your mom. I understand your feelings and I know its really horrible pain. Your mother had serious pain. I lost my uncle 3years ago with heart attack. Its a sudden death and Its really shocked me. My prayers and condolences for you......... (((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))) condolence message |
