Is anyone else upset that breast cancer is the only publicized awareness month? I'm all for cancer awareness but why is breast cancer the only publicized cancer awareness month? Many people suffer from all types of cancer daily and I've had family suffer from both Leukemia and Pancreatic Cancer. It's seems that if a celebrity is diagnosed with a cancer or has died from a cancer that's the only way awareness will be publicized. Now that Patrick Swayze has passed I'm sure Pancreatic cancer will be well known coming this November (Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month) Does anyone agree? ______________________________ yahoo keyword tool ~ overture ~ traffic estimator ~ adwords traffic estimator |

Hello Everyone, New here, but I too am ticked off about the lack of awareness for other types of cancer. My daughter Alyssa passed away from brain cancer on the 16th of this month and when she was first diagnosed she asked me why pink was more important than Grey, brain cancer's color. I promised her that I would make sure to raise awareness. I won't ever give up doing that!....I owe it to my daughter. Daniel M. Alyssa's Army Commanding Officer |

That is right, how about other cancer like colon cancer? My uncle purchased a pre paid funerals when he found out he had a colon cancer one year ago. He died last December 1. |
